Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

  • Same-Day Shipping: All orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.

  • Operating Days: Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays or federal holidays.

  • Peak Volume: During sales or holiday seasons, processing may take an additional 1 business day. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you immediately via email or phone.

International Orders (Customs & Duties)

For our Canadian and international customers, please note that Shemax USA is not responsible for any customs, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Canada: Orders over $20 CAD may be subject to import fees. Please monitor your email for payment requests from the carrier (UPS/DHL) to avoid delivery delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Damages & Shipping Issues

We take great care in packaging your professional equipment. However, if your order arrives damaged due to carrier handling:

  1. Report within 48 hours: Notify us at info@shemaxusa.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Documentation: Please provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product.

  3. Resolution: We will process a replacement for damaged items as a priority.
